The House sets punishment for treason, if the civil rights of innocent relatives aren’t affected.” “Citizens in any state are entitled to the same privileges and immunities as the Citizens of the several states. Anyone charged with treason or other crime in any state who flees to another state, shall, on demand of the executive authority of the state from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction in such crime. No imprisonment, slavery, nor involuntary servitude—except as punishment for a crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted—shall exist within the United States or any place subject to its jurisdiction.” “No government employee nor office holder shall be coerced into wrongdoing, immoral action or non action, or illegality by a real or implied threat of the loss of one’s job, promotion or benefits, nor by any bribe or promise of promotion or benefits. Making such a threat, bribe or promise is a felony carrying a minimum ten year prison sentence—and if part of a pattern—making such threats, bribes or promises is treason. Acquiescing to such is a felony. Government officials, agents or employees who become aware of corruption in government or in any of its departments shall notify the Executive Branch and the courts; willful failure to do so is a felony. With impunity, a government officer(s) or employee(s) shall enforce no law nor perform any order or directive which violates their personal moral conscience or their oath.” “The Will of the People is the foundation of government. So, Citizens’ votes shall have parity without compromise. Principles of fair play and democracy shall have supremacy in the USA. *** Any public office holder who disavows or manifests disagreement with the latter shall be guilty of treason. Those found guilty can be punished up to and including the death penalty. Any government employee, media figure or private person(s) who uses the authority or influence of their job, or their celebrity, to argue against democracy and fair play shall be guilty of a felony. Note: Fair play shall be defined as any individual or group action that achieves positive results without bias or partiality of the weak toward the strong nor of the strong toward the weak and which doesn’t selfishly or maliciously exploit any individual, group or class. None of the latter shall be allowed to claim the personal property of others, or to limit the rights of others—whether by government edict or private business rules—without first obtaining the free consent of the property holder, or of the person or group whose property is being taken or whose rights are being limited. In no case shall fair play be defined as an entitlement of an individual, group or class to have equality of lifestyle, material possessions or any assisted living equivalent thereof paid for by others. In the USA the ideal shall be to have reasonable equality of opportunity for self determination of one’s own lifestyle and level of personal achievement within our Free Enterprise System without requiring government oversight. It shall be unlawful for any racial minority group already legally residing in the USA to vote, or to pressure or coerce others to vote, for the purpose of disallowing the full and complete control of similar races, who reside outside the USA, relative to the latter gaining entry—as by illegally crossing the borders of the USA. * * It shall* *be a felony for any person appearing before the media, or in any public gathering, to deliberately foment racial or group-against-group division by claiming bias. This New Constitution was written to stop unfair biases from harming any citizen or group. *** Using anti-group rhetoric is seeking power over others NOT granted by the New Constitution. It is treason for a public office holder or candidate for such office to deliberately and consistently use anti-group rhetoric.” In the last few days I have gotten vibes from another “hangs around, but should go home to stay” Senator, Max Baucus. His handwriting shows him to be tenacious, manipulative and domineering of others. Spoken words are his spears. He also defends the status quo as though giving even an inch causes him to fear losing miles… He is definitely just an in-the-box thinker, who places more value on his ego as a “high” (and useless!) senator, than he does having the USA be saved from its debased government and ways. Understandably, the vibes I’ve gotten from the anti-Christ, Obama, have him not smiling. My guess is that he will need a teleprompter to say his… “last words” before dropping to the end of his rope from the (was) brown Air Force One helicopter, 300 feet above the reflection ponds on the Washington mall. Megyn Kelly, for hook or crook, has heard about, or read, some of what I’ve written. She has a place in the media, because of her rare beauty AND brains. But my “NC” will prevent her, or anyone in the media, from commenting on the news. Those in the media shall never again be allowed to have more influence in national affairs than one-person-one-vote, fairly counted.
