Sounds to me like the School lied to Plain Ol'!  No question,  the school
did attempt to ban pork!   It's in black and white!  The article does go on
to say that the School backed down from the pork ban when a number of
parents complained.

My question is: "Why is the school sending  out a mandatory list of what
is, and is not proper for snacks or meals of their own children?"
