WASHINGTON (CAP) - The United States Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments in a case involving alleged civil rights abuses for a group of white teenagers who regularly act as if they are black. Opening statements in *East Hartford High Wiggers v East Hartford Public Schools* get underway next week. "These young men are being unfairly targeted by school administrators because of the discrepancy between the color of their skin and the way they dress and talk," said attorney Joey Gouger. "Either discriminate against them as blacks, or point and giggle at them as whites. "This hybrid form of bigotry is unconstitutional," he added. Earlier this year, the Supreme Court overturned part of the Defense Of Douchebags Act, the ruling for which allowed a wife to waive spousal privilege during "a criminal or civil proceeding in which the husband is deemed to be a douchebag." Justice Antonin Scalia, who wrote the dissenting opinion, told CAP News he feels the *Wiggers* case is no different. "Here we go again inventing minorities and giving them rights," he said. "I don't care if you're a wigger, a wanksta, a dickhead or a douchebag - you're an idiot! Pull your friggin' pants up and get a job! How's that for civil rights?" ACLU-led demonstrations have begun cropping up in cities and towns throughout the east coast with a planned Million Wigger March on Washington once the trial gets underway.
