Too Bad Their Opposition Is Just Political

Eric Margolis points out today that “even some usually bellicose Republicans are urging the Nobel Peace prize winner in the White House and his entourage of bloodthirsty liberals to slow his rush to war and consult Congress.” Absolutely correct. However, too bad their opposition is just political. There is no question that if a Republican president were in the White House, there would be only a handful of Republicans in Congress that opposed war with Syria. Although it is easy to forget the Bush years since Obama is such an abomination, I will never forget how the party of Lincoln destroyed this country with foreign wars and reckless spending. Every bad policy of Obama (are there any good policies) can be traced back to Bush.
