If barricades were put down, it could only be because "essential" workers were working. I read earlier today that a cemetery in France was shut down also. Perhaps Normandy. The article didn't say. http://www.abmc.gov/cemeteries/cemeteries/ma.php I think visitors can find their own way around. Yes, more difficult to find an individual gravesite, but not impossible.
