*We remember the time when the Marine Corps was best known for being America's premiere fighting force. The image of the faithful Marine who never leaves a wounded or dead buddy behind on the battlefield, has now given way to a much uglier and sad reality. The Commandant of the Corps, no less, has shown he is not only a sickening sycophant of his benefactor in the White House, his level of betrayal of fellow Marines, and the general's utter disrespect for the rule of law, is staggering. Gen. James Amos, now called "Gen. Anus" by enraged Marines on USMC bases around the world, has some people wondering, quite frankly, if he is nuts.** *** *HAS HE GONE "CRAZY?"***** *There is a certain amount of megalomania that goes with the job, and Amos has never shied away from a TV camera or failed to promote himself in the past when he wanted media attention, but his dictatorial and outright illegal conduct in the last 18 months, causes many observers to feel its time for the general to go - as in "resign." He needs to check himself into the nearest mental health facility as soon as possible. It is our humble opinion Amos is a sick, dangerous and delusional man who should get out now before he disgraces the Marine Corps any more than he already has. ***** *BETTER MEN THAN HE***** *This pompous prima donna, who would destroy the lives and careers of innocent and honorable combat officers such as Capt. James Clement in Afghanistan, needs to be reigned in and given the psychiatric help he so obviously needs. It is even more offensive that Amos runs amok and tries to destroy brave Marines when he himself lacks the "Combat Action Ribbon," a decoration that recognizes those in the Corps who have laid their lives on the line for our country under enemy fire. Why should a man known as a "staff wienie," lacking the crucial experience of combat, be commandant of the Marine Corps in the first place? Chesty Puller and Smedley Butler must be spinning in their graves!***** *RETALIATION FOR WHISTLEBLOWER COMPLAINT***** *The latest outrage perpetrated by Amos and his flunkies is to try and terrorize and intimidate JAG Maj. James Weirick, who had the balls to file a whistleblower complaint with the IG after obtaining proof that Amos had willfully violated regulations against engaging in unlawful command influence. Thanks to that gutsy military lawyer, we now know that Amos illegally ordered Lt. Gen. Thomas Waldhauser, the convening authority in the Taliban urination case, to "court-martial" and "crush" the accused Marines. To his great credit, Waldhauser, an ethical and honorable man, refused. Amos then fired him and inserted another officer, Lt. Gen Richard Mills, who quickly put on the kneepads. He is more prone to do the commandant's bidding.***** *MARINE FLAKS CAN'T DEEP-SIX THIS***** *Now that criminal charges against Capt. Clement have suddenly been dropped - to spare Amos exposure of his wrongful conduct in the case - the vaunted Marine Corps public relations machine hopes this embarrassment will go away. It won't. "Out-on-control" Amos sent his goons into the office of Maj. Weirick and "escorted" him, flanked by a colonel and captain, to another part of Quantico. The major didn't have time to pack his wife's picture on his desk or any other personal possessions. He has hit the top of Amos' shit list, and he knows it. Maj. Weirick has been ordered not to have any communication with the commandant in the future.***** *BRAVE JAG ATTORNEY TARGETED***** *His govt. computer was seized and a private, licensed handgun has been taken by the authorities. The Corps. JAG "leadership" is currently doing what they call a "risk assessment" on Weirick to determine if he is a "danger to himself or the base." To top it off, Weirick was ordered to haul his ass over to the NCIS and then submit to a "mental health" evaluation." Students of history will recall that's what the Soviets used to do to dissidents. Dump them in psycho wards, and load them up on drugs.***** *TOP FEMALE DEFENSE ATTORNEY HIRED***** *In an interview with MilitaryCorruption.com, the major's very able defense lawyer, retired Marine Col. Jane "take no prisoners" Siegal, said Amos was "out to bury" her client and is seeking to intimidate him as a result of his whistleblower activities. Maj. W is in good hands with Col. Siegal. Her reputation after 24 years in the Corps as a JAG and judge speaks for itself. Gen. Amos will come to regret what he has done. Col. Siegal is ready for a fight.
