This is nothing new.....Far left extremists have been mis-stating the Monroe Doctrine, (as well as other U.S. Policy) for decades. Kerry's recent speech is what many who claim to be "Libertarian" believe. Plain Ol is one who mimics Secretary of State Kerry's positions.
