Point well taken......and I don't believe he consulted Congress or there
would be an uproar from the GOP if he had......looks like he dumped a tried
and true policy of America that has served us well since the Administration
of Monroe aprox. 200 years ago. The bloody nerve of the man to do that with
out debate and due consideration of the possible consequences of his
actions.
