"NO! Mommy don't do that." Kat turned her eyes on "julia" "Leave her
alone!" Panic was starting to take over, she wanted to help her mother more
than she wanted anything else.
Rachel looked back at Kat, her smile wobbly and unshed tears in her eyes "I
love you, baby girl..."
She flinched once as her hand settled into Mitchell/Shamus' and his face
shifted for just the briefest of seconds before settling into an evily
satisfied smile.
"Don't worry Rachel... you aren't going to be the one that bares my child
this time." he/it said, making sure Kat didn't hear what it was he was
saying "That honor will go to another and they will have to sacrifice their
life this time around. I want you for enternity. My promised reward."
He waved his empty hand and stepped back, the Sephlicurs in their places
now.
Derek stirred and started to push up on his hands, seeing what Mitchell was
doing. Oh got, no!
"Don't listen to him Rachel!" he tried to reach her, only to come against
the field. He started to shake - whether from the reaction of seeing
someone so near to being lost as Rachel was about to be or his injuries, but
he couldn't let this happen! To be responsible for another death......!
He reached being able to crotch on one knee and he raised his voice to be
heard over the rising winds "Let her go Mitchell! Damn you!!"
