Philip had gotten himself a cup of coffee and was on his
way back when he spotted Julia and a doctor. The look on Julia's face made
him wonder if something were wrong with Nick and he turned in their direction,
calling out to her quietly as the doctor was just pushing open the
door.
"Julia...?"
She blinked at him and then looked down the hall,
remembering he had been with Derek.
"Derek's fine." Philip answered that question before she
could ask it aloud, concern in his dark eyes "Wha' abou' Nick?"
He looked into the room to find Nick and spotted him, Kat
sitting next to him. Then he looked back at Julia who was now looking in
without the flash of emotion he had seen out in the hallway.
What was going on? he wondered, a little confused but not
sticking his foot in it by saying anything out loud about it.
"Going home?" He asked Nick instead, hoping that maybe he
would know what was going on and then winking in greeting to
Kat.
