<<here comes QBU rule number one hundred and twenty four youngun - and we

"Now when they sentence you to eternal damnation, that doesn't mean you can
just leave after three hundred years," The chaser told his victim, with a
slight smile that soon dropped as he took on a more grim countenance. "When
I'm finished with you, you won't be able to even move until the second
comming, you son of a bitch."

The Hunter laughed as he stood and wiped his mouth and the blood there, his
grip firm on the dagger he carried and weapon dispersing in an air of red
demon mist as he faced his enemy "Now, is there really a reason to bring my
mother into this?"

He disappeared, leaving the house and standing outside, out of the parameter
of the security system so as not to alert the humans that there had been
otherworldy beings in their house or on their grounds, and he smiled cooly,
waiting for the Soulchaser to appear, more than broadcasting his present
location for him to lock on to.

And so, seconds later, the being did appear, growling at the nearness of
battle and the dagger he was supposed to be in possession of.

And the Hunter struck, visciously and without conscious. A deadly dance of
hits, blocks and blows met, each giving and getting as well as they got and
soon heaving in their effort before, and seeing his opening, the Hunter
struck.

The Hunter took an especially hard blow to the stomach and dropped to the
ground before groaning and rolling - but before the Soulchaser could realize
it was an act, the killer struck out with the dagger and slashed into the
other's leg, deep and breaking off a piece of the dagger to embed itself
into the Guard's flesh.

At the Soulchaser's howl of pain the Hunter stood with a cool smile "No
pain, no gain." and was gone.

He would go after the others he had found and be back for the one he had
saught tonight.

The Soulchaser wouldn't stop him.
