Alyssa watched Derek for a moment as he slipped into the other room, a bathroom, she
figured since they had them right off the bedrooms in the old Manor house she lived
in. She looked back at Julia and then at Philip. A priest? Was someone sick? She
turned her dark eyes back towards Julia and answered in a soft voice. "Alyssa."
"Well, Alyssa," Julia spoke quietly, also having noticed Derek going to go change
"We'll do our best to find out where your mother is. My friend Philip here can go
start to look for her. Do you know where you live?"
Derek shook his head and changed. Was this some kind of record even the Legacy could
break for odd things happening? Not that he was about to complain about the first odd
thing - Julia's return, but then there was the demon, and he remembered Julia having
come to wake him up and that was before the girl so he knew something else was up...
He mumbled something in his native tongue and finished dressing, exiting the bathroom
a moment later. He caught the end of what Julia had asked and mentally agreed with
the track of her questioning.
He walked over to where he had been before, this time his expression more milder "My
apologies there. It's not every day you find extra people in your bed." He nodded at
the toy she held "What's her name?"
