I'm biased in this regard, but at Divshot we have a static web hosting
platform-as-a-service and we're hosting our own Polymer apps on it quite
successfully.

We really want to support the Web Components / Polymer ecosystem (just did
a blog post series <http://www.divshot.com/blog/categories/web-components/>
on it last week), so if you go to http://www.divshot.com/code and use the
code "POLYMER" you'll get $15 in hosting credit on Divshot.

Sorry for the shameless plug, but it is actually pertinent to the
conversation :)
