Make sure you've run your code through the Vulcanize build tool <http://www.polymer-project.org/articles/concatenating-web-components.html> with the --csp flag. If you're on Chrome version 36 or above there's a known issue with Chrome apps at the moment: https://github.com/Polymer/polymer-dev/issues/42
