Did something new happen with the monitoring of NTP servers?
I've noticed that I once had my score pegged at 20 all the time.
Now I've seen my score fluctuate between 15 and 20. Currently its
sitting at 17.5 (time.empire.org).

So I'm just wondering if the server keeping tabs on NTP servers has
been tweaked to be more sensitive?
Probably a routing flux. Mine is still showing solid.
Mine has supposedly been solid for the last day or so according to the graph - but closer inspection shows the graph is not updating. The score was 20 for a while (first time in ages) but is now 15 (probably due to local issues). What's more interesting though is that something, somewhere changed around "Tuesday" midnight. My graph changes from a squared off sawtooth pattern to a smooth curve - and I don't think the very minor QoS changes I've been making were at that time nor sufficiently effective to cause that.

http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/150.101.192.68 is the place to look for my
scores.

Perhaps there are larger changes afoot?

Dave.
