zen is a combination of the Spamhaus lists.  sbl lists persistent spamming
operations that have been terminated from by at least two providers.  This
category of hosts are unlikely to be providing services to the public.

xbl is largely a re-publication of cbl.abuseat.org, which is a collection
of IP addresses that have exhibited behavior characteristic of zombied
systems.  xbl or cbl would be the most useful for the purposes being
discussed.
