I'm not sure what that means.
Maybe he is hinting to the fact that his list preferences are on "no
mail"? Or is he a new subscriber and are they standard put on moderated?
It's rather cryptic for me too.
I guess he used some software translator, that's why it all looks
cryptic. But I have no idea how can someone enlist a server and sign to
a mailing list without noticing how to take it all back.
