For me (I'm located in Vienna/Austria), the website works via HTTPS. HTTP does not work. However, the "Manage Servers" link on www.pool.ntp.org sends me to a https://manage.ntppool.org/manage so there is no problem for anyone following that link. Maybe a redirect to HTTPS for everyone who tries to access that page via HTTP would be nice. Paul
