I got similar some months ago, but it later on disappeared again. I think its just because polling servers are located too far away and IPv6 routing is still different from IPv4 and tends to break sometimes..

Today I did some maintenance work on my server and did a few reboots. When I look at the stats on my server, the IPv4 shows a score of 19.9 and doesn't appear to have really been impacted, whereas the IPv6 shows a score of -8.4. The v6 chart looks like it fell off a cliff this morning right when I started. But the v4 didn't move a lick. Any reason for this? Is it just a matter of polling? Are v4 servers polled less than v6 servers? IPv4: http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/63.251.89.141 IPv6: http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/2001:4830:1600:3ed::2 -Alby
