There probably isn't an error here to correct.
Keep in mind the pool monitoring is based on an uncorrected
SNTP-like poll. Given a little asymmetry in the path (and most of
the Internet is asymmetric), monitoring a server in Europe from
Los Angeles in this fashion could easily yield an offset on those
graphs, but it doesn't mean there's any actual problem.
For comparison, one of these systems is in San Jose, and
the other is in Atlanta:

If you're concerned about performance just enable diagnostic
logging (peerstats, loopstats, etc.) and parse what you want to
monitor out of those.
