It just means your GPS doesn't have a fix yet. If it did a cold start it might take it half an hour, depending on your signal quality.

If you look at the raw NMEA data you will see that your latitude is 90 and your longitude is 0 (or something like that). Try running the MiniCDU utility from Sure.
