I manage the ntp.br website, and some stratum 1 and 2 servers (all in the pool). The ntp.br has information in portuguese about the importance of NTP, how it works, and how to use it. The website is intended to be used by Internet users in general, as well as by system or network admins... We created this small java applet to be part of our site, trying to offer a tool to the end users. The tool allows users to easily verify if ntpd is installed and correctly configured, and gives some tips if there are problems. I think it needs some adjustments yet, but it would be great if some of you could try it, and give some feedback (the messages should be in english if your browser isn't configured for portuguese): http://ntp.br/NTP/VerificadorNTP Do you think something like this could be useful to disseminate the NTP usage and help end users to better configure it?
