Perhaps some sort of a routing issue somewhere. IPv6 routing in general
is not yet quite as robust as IPv4 routing. Does your score page say
that your NTP servers are still unreachable over IPv6?
I don't currently have any IPv6 NTP servers in the pool due to some
server rearrangements. I should have a few in a few months, though.
The graphs at the bottom of http://miuku.net/ipv6reach/ says that there
were some routing problems in France last night. Perhaps it's related to
this issue you're seeing.
