Why would you want to do that? If it is still sending valid time, then
keep using it. If it is not, expire the address and fetch another.
I took my server out of the pool 5 years ago because I had to change the setup
of the
router and was no longer able to make a stateless UDP access from outside, but
today
there are still about 10 clients using it as a time server. Fortunately that
load is not
a problem, but when I would have had other reasons to leave I would not
appreciate
that continued usage.
