We need more IPv6 servers to deploy it more widely.

To work well (load balancing, reasonable diversity) each zone needs about 30 
servers; the absolute minimum is ~10. Only us, ch, de, nl, fr, uk has more than 
30. A few more than has more than 10.

For IPv4 lots of zones have more than 30 and most has more than 10.
