yes, IPv6 seems to be working again (also from Hetzner here)

IPv4 was undisturbed.

I'm looking into it. I suspect it's unrelated from moving rack.
From what I can tell at a glance it's mostly/only affecting Hetzner
IPs. Can you try doing an IPv6 traceroute to ntppool.net ?
