The first one is incorrect while the second is accurate, is there a
way to remove this server from the pool until the time is fixed on it
or contacting the server owner to correct it? I worked around the
servers are automatically removed from the pool by the monitoring system
if they provide a time that's more than 100ms off:
Since I cannot find 86.77.84.80 in the pool, it probably has already
been removed by its admin:

Normally you should see a graph similar to these:
