i realise that it's sharing resources but seems stable and quick. NTP is
really the only thing running on the server (apart from security tools)
as there's no httpd or mail stuff going on.
only been running NTP servers for a year or so...certainly not an expert
but thought that this would still be a valid contribution to the pool.
