If you want to update your NTP installation you can download the
current
DLL here:

A PGP signature, checksum (SHA1/SHA256/etc), or even just an HTTPS link
would be quite useful.
In fact, the link above is redirected to a https link:
https://www.meinberg.de/download/ntp/windows/openssl-1.0.1m-libeay32.dll.zip
and the SHA256 check sum is:
f88f2a479d4ac83db9e9734d4578271d28a506b92e56ba4e41c950e375f189bb
By the way, the DLL itself is cryptographically signed by Meinberg
according to Microsoft requirements.

That's what i expected anyway from Meinberg ;-)
The Windows NTP you provide is BTW one of the most trouble-free Windows
Software we have to support.
Many Thanks for providing this useful tool
Thanks for the compliments.
We at Meinberg just compile the sources and put the executables into a
GUI setup program to simplify installation under Windows.
The NTP code base is maintained by the NTP project rsp. the Network Time
Foundation with the help of volunteers, including some guys here at
Meinberg.

Martin
