Perhaps.  But I do urge that any code written to use it take care to
degrade gracefully if AI_ADDRCONFIG does not exist at build time.  I've
still got three different <OS,release> pairs in live use on which
AI_ADDRCONFIG does not exist - and, while (a) I am competent to deal
with it and (b) I am unlikely to version-jump ntpd on them, I have
learnt that the answer to "am I the only one who..." is always "no".
