The lines embeded in the <noscript> section is self-explanatory. The
monitoring server does not want to waste CPU time on re-producing
images for every single active (currently over 3800) or disabled
(figure unknown) pool server entry every 20 mins. Shifting the
image-producing load to SVG-enabled clients is a good idea. If you
really need raster image of score graphs, may be you can download the
log as CSV file and render it on your own.
