My IPv6 server has had a couple of hickups in reachability from the monitoring server the past hours, but it is still at score 13.9 However, I cannot contact the "manage servers" page on the website using IPv6. (from my home, a different IPv6 address than my co-located server) Apparently IPv6 routing problems at the monitor server's ISP again.
