- make sure you are still connected to internet - make sure your provider did not insert a port 123 filter in front of you - check your own server from a different system by adding that IP to its server list I cannot ping that address. Do not put a ping filter in your firewall, it just complicates debugging. When there is no such filter, your connectivity is apparently broken.
