Actually, we had a huge backlog of mail on the list server, and now that the
bulk of the garbage has been cleared away and the mail server restarted, it's
going to take a long time to catch up.

Looking at our time sync, it seems to me like we're currently less than 1ms
offset from S0, but I did restart the ntpd a little while ago:

$ ntpq -c rv
assID=0 status=0615 leap_none, sync_ntp, 1 event, event_clock_reset,
version="ntpd [email protected] Thu Jan 25 08:13:18 UTC 2018 (1)",
processor="amd64", system="FreeBSD/7.2-STABLE", leap=00, stratum=3,
precision=-18, rootdelay=76.454, rootdisp=107.498,
refid=173.255.215.209,
reftime=df139e08.8ceecf72  Mon, Aug  6 2018 21:26:48.550,
clock=df139e42.a136346d  Mon, Aug  6 2018 21:27:46.629, peer=31617,
tc=6, mintc=3, offset=0.348, frequency=2.350, sys_jitter=3.499368,
clk_jitter=1.176, clk_wander=0.001, tai=36, leapsec=201507010000,
