There is one firewall that I manage. It has been set to forward and
allow packets specific to NTP service on that IPv6 address without
maintaining state. I have tested this from two outsides machine with
IPv6 connectivity using ntpdate -d -u.

When I check traffic with tcpdump I see the requests and answers. When I
try to add the name (or the IPv6 address) to the pool I see no traffic
at all before the pool management decides that the server is unreachable.
