Ok, but I believe that is Krugman's point--that tax cuts don't stimulate as much as spending does.
It very well might be true--and it looks like it is by your sources--that tax rate cuts provide more stimulus than tax rebates, but I that doesn't seem to be the GOP's position in this current stimulus. The current position, if I'm correct, is that the stimulus doesn't contain enough tax cuts, of any kind, to properly stimulate.
