I was a bit taken back that none of the agents could/would answer his  
question about "do I legally have to answer that question".  I mean  
come on, its called taking the 5th or as the cops always put it:   The  
right to remain silent.

So were the agents so untrained they didn't know, or were they just  
playing hardball?
