Because in features and price, it can't be beat. It is feature rich,

You do not HAVE to buy the manual. I've never bought the manual.
There are some excellent forums for Pegasus as mailing lists and USENET
newsgroups, plus the software has an included Help file that I usually
find answers my questions.

Visit the US Pegasus site and download the current version for your
system. Then install it and begin to use it.
