Did you pop first? Before sending out mail through a myrealbox smtp
server, you must first access your POP3 server (download yo mail) which
does an authentication of sorts and allows you to then use the smtp
server for X number of minutes.

Quite often in doing things like unsubscribing from a mailing list, we
get in a hurray to send out the message and forgot that we first have to
tickle the popper. :-)

So try that now. Download your mail from that account, and then send
that unsubscription message.
