If your account has already been set up in OE, the from the top menu
bar, select:

Tools | Accounts

Then select the Mail {Tab}

Then double click onto this MailandNews account in your account
listings (or click once and select the Properties button).

In the Properties window, select the Servers {tab}

At the bottom of the Servers window, under the heading "Outgoing Mail
Server", put a check mark into the box marked: My server requires
authentication.

Click all the Okay buttons until all Tools windows are shut.

Then you should be able to send mail using this mailandnews account.
