Although none of the free, remote pop3 servers are totally reliable, the
most recommended services are listed at the POP3 web site.  I recommend
you sign up for 2 or 3 of those pop3 services and divide your messages
between those accounts.  Reserve the very most important contacts for
your local ISP.
