Alan, I have a few reports from others having problems sending mail through
MochaMail.com this morning. Just ran a test and it seems that the problem no
longer exists. Did not need authentication using SMTP port 2525.

Here's another POP3 that I haven't had the chance to test yet called
yifan.net:

http://eo.yifan.net/

With this one you can use smtp port 1025 to avoid being blocked.
SMTP and POP3 server set to yifan.net, and unchecked SSL.
