The "good answer" is to uninstall NetZero. :-)

Let's try this...from the top menu select:

File | Identities | Manage Identities

Highlight your current Identity and click the Properties button...

See if the "Require password" box is checked.  If yes, then uncheck it 
and OK button yourself out of there.  Close the Manage Identities 
window.
