I have to confess I have somewhat demoted mailandnews.com here
lately. I am not relying on my mailandnews.com addresses as much as
before. The service just has not performed that well lately.
Ironically, the best service for me has been Paxemail.com, which is
run on the same Infinite software that runs mailandnews.com. So you
can't blame the software. I think with the change in ownership at
Infinite and MailandNews, the service is just not being maintained
well.
I hope I am wrong and MailandNews makes a turnaround. They did once
before. About 2 years ago MailandNews service turned sour, but they
recovered and became a good, free email service again. So I am
keeping my fingers crossed.
