I just did... Of course it helps that I can read Espanol :)
I did a manual POP3 run after signing up and it kept insisting that my
password was incorrect...
However I don't think password is the reason for the trouble. Here is
a roughly translated paragraph from the site:
"Your data has been processed and added to the list of new users.
To be able to make use of your free (account?) and email, you
should call technical support at (number) from Monday to Friday
between 9:00am and 10:00pm to confirm your application."
So, looks like something for locals only?
