[pop3] digitalme servers

I had a bounced message asking what the servers were for the 
digitalme.com service.  I'll just answer free form here:

Both the POP3 and SMTP servers use the following host:

mail.digitalme.com

The SMTP server must be ESMTP (password) authenticated.

That same mail server is used for IMAP services as well.
