I just checked and accessed two different Hotmail accounts into my
OE6 and both came in fine.
HotMail uses several servers for our mail. It is not uncommon for
one or two to be down while other servers are working. So it just
may be that your particular account is on a bum server. Just wait it
out and it will probably be fixed soon.
