It tells you right here:

Your news bounces (redirects) did not contain a "TO" address and 
Mochamail considers any message without a valid "TO" field to 
potentially be spam.  Hence they don't allow entrance.

If you have the choice, try to forward the news message from PINE 
rather than bounce/redirect the message.

If that fails, then do a reply, but direct the reply to one of your 
email accounts rather than back to the newsgroup.

Remember, with news and email we are dealing with two sets of 
protocol groups and sometimes they conflict.  And many services and 
individuals filter out messages without a valid TO: field.
