Don't know if this is the cause for their being so selective, but I know a
while back they were a real "problem" on the anti-spam lists as provider of
dropboxes for spammers. I haven't heard much about them lately, so they
may have instituted this problem to clean up their act. My only caution
would be that some overzealous anti-spammers may have blocked the domain in
their servers because of the previous problem, so if you're going to do
some email sending with the account, you may want to check and see if you
have any problems with things getting through before completely relying on
them.
