The oddest thing for me is going to Boston and see a bio market bigger than a regular
market! Made me realize the whole thing was beyond personal -choice level : it seemed
so..."cultural"! In other worlds, the whole vegan/bio/ecologist/non smoking ethic
(trend ??)
hasnt breakthough equally everywhere...(it just means we have other terms in which we
can
worry about our health). If you're open-minded and put that in perspective, it really
explains a lot of strange things about Montreal. (and the rest of the world)

That said, you cant smoke in any public building since January except bars and
restaurants...but i dont think anyone will bother to "raid" a teashop with a seating
capacity of 20...another anectode : at the state university in Montreal, people
continue to
smoke at the humanities cafe, despite the eventual 125$ fees.

Now, anyone from Amsterdam??

I guess its more inspiring than a 5-story Ian McHaye poster when you go out! ;)

Probably doesnt have the guilt either (compared to US) ;)
